Infringement Notification
It is our policy at Knowledge Mosaic
Inc. to respect copyrights and other intellectual property rights. We may,
in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts and/or the ability to post
information of those who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights
of others.
If you believe that material on a
Knowledge Mosaic Inc. website or on another Knowledge Mosaic Inc. product is infringing
one or more copyrights or other intellectual property rights held by you or by someone
on whose behalf you are authorized to act, please provide written notice to the
Knowledge Mosaic Inc. copyright agent identified below. Include the following
in your written notice:
(i) A physical or electronic signature
of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that
is allegedly infringed.
(ii) An identification of the copyrighted
work that you are claiming has been infringed, or, if the notice concerns more than
one copyrighted work at a Knowledge Mosaic Inc. website or product, a representative
list of those works.
(iii) A description of the material
on our site that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing
activity, so that we can locate that material on our site or other product.
(iv) Your contact information, such
as your address, telephone number, and email address, so we can get in touch with
you.
(v) A statement by you that you have
a good faith belief that the use of the material on our website or other product
is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(vi) A statement by you that the information
in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized
to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
