Executive Compensation Top Ten Lists.  (January 9, 2008)

The new Spotlight on Securities Mosaic identifies the most highly compensated CEOs and CFOs for 2006.  Merrill Lynch officers take top honors in both categories, and Merrill also ends up as the company providing the largest amount of executive compensation overall. The figures are derived from the XBRL Demonstration Data published by the SEC for 500 companies that reported their 2006 compensation information following the SEC's new compensation disclosure requirements and that are all among the largest companies in the U.S., measured by market capitalization and/or revenues.
